MQL BLUE programming for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, if you search good programmers this is the best.

I agree that MT4 is very good. I use it myself and when I tried to try out MT5 it did not feel as good for me as MT4, so I went back to using MT4. It is user friendly and the tools are good.

For me, MT5 is better than MT4. There is only one drawback - there are few free indicators. Otherwise, there are some pluses.
Now I only choose companies with MT5. For example ForexChief, RoboForex. It's a pity that FXPCM MT5.

I have been doing my Forex Trading from the last 10 Years with FXOpen Markets and they have very secure and fast Trading MT4 Terminal
