Private Trader's Cabin - Tips and advice for opening an account

First sign in the Registration page and sign up with the Trader Cabin to get access to the private account. To register enter to the registration page (http://cabin.fxpcm.com/register). Note that you can register only by your real IP. You can click on i (circle) which is containing further, in case you need any additional information on any option’s field. Please consider to fill the fields by English language. An activation link will be sent through your email address which consists of information you had filled via registration process. You would not be able to use the cabin before having your email activated. If you confirm the information, click on the activation link in your inbox to have the registration process completed. After activating your account, a MT4 account will be created for you and its detail will be sent to your email. Now you can sign in into your own private cabin by your username & password. Choose “Sign in” from the cabin menu and enter username and password you have chosen during registration process. You can click on “forgot your password?” if you have forgotten the credentials. The new fresh password will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Once an account is opened and verification is complete, following message will appear in the Trader Cabin prompting the user to upload the identification documents:

Please follow these simple steps to upload the documents:1. Look for Upload Documents tab at the top of the Trader Cabin.

2. Click the Upload Documents tab.
3. Document upload page will open, please proceed to next step.
4. Select Choose File, browse for its location and upload a proof of your Identity.

5. Select Choose File, browse for its location and upload a proof of your Residency.

6. Click Upload Documents button.

7. At this stage your documents should be uploaded successfully. Kindly wait for the back office department to verify and approve them. It would generally take around two business days before the documents are verified. However, we try our best to verify and approve your documents as quickly as possible.

After you successfully upload your documents for verification, the next step is to set a PIN code for your Trader Cabin. If you did not set a PIN code, you will see the following message:

Please follow these simple steps to upload the documents:
1. Look for Your PIN Code tab at the top of the Trader Cabin.

2. Click the Your PIN Code tab.

3. Once you click the above tab, an e-mail will be sent to you automatically. Kindly go to your mail box and open the mail.

4. In the e-mail you receive, look for Assign/Change you pin number link and click it.

5. At this stage you will be redirected to Trader Cabin and you will see the following message:

6. Assign a four digit PIN code in the following section:

7. Confirm the PIN code again and click save button.

8. At this stage the PIN code is set for your trader cabin. Kindly note that a PIN code is not the password for your trader cabin, it is an extra level of security that we added for the protection of your account. Please write down this PIN code somewhere, it’s important. You will also receive an e-mail with your PIN code information.
