1. The promotional period specifically for this Offer is till 30^th September 2014
2. The Offer will be limited to one trading account per Trader Cabin (regardless of the number of accounts which the Trader maintains with PCM Brokers). In addition, any previous Bonus campaign will be ceased and no further Welcome Bonus will be provided on previous promotions.
3. 60% of your initial deposit is added to your platform automatically (one time only) as a Trading bonus upon receiving your cleared deposited funds. Traders can deposit up to a maximum of $3000 as Principal amount to achieve $1800 Trading bonus, any amounts above this will not carry a Trading Bonus.
4. The Welcome Bonus applies only to Trader’s deposits during the promotional period. The Welcome Bonus is only available to Trader`s who deposit $500 or more into their trading accounts and the life of the granted Welcome Bonus is 3 months.
5. All Traders will be entitled for only one Bonus campaign running during that specific time.
6. The Welcome Bonus will be added into the eligible Trader`s account, as a notional sum, after all requirements set out in these terms and conditions have been met. The Welcome Bonus will not be recorded or construed as a liability of PCM Brokers towards the Trader`s and may be unilaterally, retroactively and unconditionally be withheld and subtracted from the Trader`s accounts, at any time and at the discretion of PCM Brokers.
7. The Welcome Bonus will be held solely for trading with PCM Brokers and cannot be withdrawn by the Trader. The Welcome Bonus may be removed in full by PCM Brokers from the Trader`s trading account, at any time or following a Trader`s any withdrawal request after receipt of the Welcome Bonus (whether during or after the promotional period) and immediately prior to the fulfillment (if fulfillment is possible) of the withdrawal request.
8. You are at the liberty to withdraw your profits at any given time by instructing us via the traders Cabin. You are not allowed to withdraw your bonus amount at any time. For e.g. a.Trader`s deposits $1000
   i.Trader is given $600 Tradable Bonus
   ii.Total Equity now is $1600
   iii.Trader makes $1000 profit, account total is now $2600
   iv.Trader is allowed to withdraw $2000 but not the $600 original bonus
   
9. The Trader can see a total loss of his initial deposit plus his bonus amount allotted to his account which will act as his Equity Stop amount. For e.g., Trader deposits $1000 he receives $600 as Bonus, his equity stop out will be 0.
10. If Trader Looses 100% of his Initial Deposits he is allowed to withdraw 40% from the remaining of the Bonus amount in form of Cash. After Cash withdrawal from the bonus amount rest of the bonus amount will be reversed back and account will be closed. Claiming this 40% of the remained bonus is subject to 25 standard MT4 lots closed trades in such platform.
11. For E.g. If a Trader deposits $1,000 he receives $600 as Bonus Amount and his Balance becomes $1600
12. Trader Losses $1,000 (which is 100% of his Initial Deposit). The amount allowed for withdrawal is 40% of $600 i.e. $240. This withdrawal is subject to the A/C closing 25 MT4 standard lots.
13. If a trader opens an account for $1,000 and he receives $600 as bonus, giving total equity for $1,600, and the trader loses $1,400 for example, the trader can still trade with the remaining $200 into profit or up to zero amounts. When the account climbs further into profit, please ensure that before placing a withdrawal your Bonus amount will be deducted.
14. If equity of an account crosses twice of amount of your initial deposit whether there are open positions are not the trader will be shifted to another group where the leverage/trade conditions will be different. Your open positions will not be closed by us but the bonus amount will be removed.
15. PCM Brokers and the broker will take no responsibility for the positions that may be squared due to removal of bonus and or change in trading conditions in such case.
16. The Trader acknowledges that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products which involve a high level of risk. When trading in such products, it is possible for Trader`s to lose all their capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone and Trader`s should ensure that they understand the risks involved. Trader`s should seek independent advice if necessary.
17. If PCM Brokers suspects or has reason to believe that a Trader has abused or attempted to abuse the terms of this Offer or any other promotion of PCM Brokers, or has acted in bad faith, PCM Brokers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold or withdraw from that Trader the Welcome Bonus and, if necessary: (i) to withhold, cancel and subtract from that Trader`s account(s) the Welcome Bonus, (ii) to terminate that Trader`s access to services provided by PCM Brokers and/or terminate the contract between PCM Brokers and the Trader for the provision of services (iii) to block that Trader`s Account(s) and to arrange for the transfer of any unused balance (less the Welcome Bonus and any Additional Bonus if applicable) to the Trader.
18. If PCM Brokers suspects or has reason to believe that a Trader has abused the terms and conditions of this Offer by hedging his positions internally (using other trading accounts held with PCM Brokers) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers), PCM Brokers reserves the right, without the Trader`s consent, to withdraw immediately the Welcome Bonus (and the Additional Bonus if applicable) from the Trader`s trading account(s) or from his winning hedged accounts.
19. On account of the fact that this Offer is a notional bonus made available by PCM Brokers to its Trader`s, PCM Brokers reserves the right to unilaterally modify, change or terminate this Offer or any of the terms and conditions included herein, at any time, without the Trader`s consent.
20. This account is not to be used nor is it designed or intended to be used by Fund Managers, EAs or PAMM Accounts.
