Regarding your first query, yes if you put a minimum balance of $100 and complete 15 Standard MT4 lots, then you can withdraw the whole balance. Regarding your second query, I am not sure what exactly do you mean by "post not published" "something wrong with no-deposit bonus" etc... Here I would like to inform you that, the terms and conditions are very clear for this bonus, even you agreed to them before the bonus got credited to your account and now if you are doubtful about it then either it is because you did not understanding the terms and conditions or you did not even read them in the first place.

Regarding your recent and last post that your queries are not answered then I would like to inform you that you have to ask these questions in the proper place. Following are the answers to your queries:
1. Please read the revised and updated terms and conditions for this bonus at the following link: http://www.fxpcm.com/forex/no-deposit-bonus
If you read the terms and conditions, you will see that for withdrawing either the profit or the bonus itself you have to complete the required number of lots.You have to trade either 100 lots with 1:100 leverage without deposit or trade 15 lots with 1:500 leverage with a minimum deposit of $100.
2. Standard Lot does not mean Dollars, neither $10 nor $1. Standard MT-4 Lot is the size of the buy or sell positions. When you try to make a transaction, either buy or sell, you have to enter the volume or the size of the position like 0.01, 0.02, 0.50, 0.80, 1.00, 2.00 etc. Here 0.01 is a micro lot, 0.50 and 0.80 are mini lots and 1.00, 2.00 are Standard MT-4 lot sizes.
3. Most of the major currency pairs are quoted up to the 5th decimal.
