I think every Forex trader should have a plan to go through. There is some time when the market comes at the pick of the volatility. Those times are the best for making some pips. It needs 2-3 hours to make the market analysis and then need only couple of minute to make the trade in the right time. That’s way, in a day I spend around 6-7 hours.

In addition, I am very serious when I spend my time for analyzing or trading in Forex. By the way, after opening my trade, then I close my computer. Because, I always use stop loss and take profit. If you can start your trading with proper money management, with better trading strategy without your personal emotion then you can be successful very easily.
