How to stop over trading?

I think if we have over trading habit that means we are going out of the track. I once have an overtrading too and I have a stress and it clearly disturbs my trading life. Remember, well our main intension is to make a lots money as much as possible but also in minimum or small effort as small or as minimum possible, that is the essence to live this file that I believe.

I once have an over trading problem, but I have no problem to stop it after I think and see that over trading don’t give us any benefits it’s just made my trading life more complicated. By the way, I know we want to make money in here but by doing over trading we know that, this is not what we want. So, now I never open more than one trade in a period.

To prevent over trading, we may need to make professional trading plan. On there we can take the rational trading target and we must do only the target guys. So, that will be very effective if you can do it. The ultimate result of over trading is crashing full balance or margin call. Besides, by using over trading system you can make big profit for temporary but real success is impossible.

You have to it by yourself. First of all, you need to select minimum leverage then stay with your trading rules for every condition of Forex market. Your trading rules are main thing which can save you from this over trading problem, emotion and unlimited losses as well. You need to go through according to your plan before initiating any trade.

Last year, I had a bad habit of opening 3 or 4 trades at the same time even in the same trading currency. That is over trading already. I used to get addicted to scalping and open & close at least 25 to 30 pips per day. But, that was past. Because, at now I prefer to trade once in a day. Less mistakes and losses, less stress.

Over trading is a poison for a trader. This is more true for the new traders. They want to win the market in a a night of trading. That is why a new trader trade like a "marathon athletic". After sitting in long time (without any time to take a rest) they do not get anything profit but hence they get only great loss. This condition makes them be traumatic with forex. I think the statement that 90% new traders will lose their money in forex trading because of they are over trading. Trade in a marathon time, and being a progressive trader by using greater lot size time after time. Should you try to avoid it from now on?

Forex traders will need to use a Better and also planned systems.
