Importance of Stop Loss.
Stop Loss is a very useful and interesting thing for Forex traders. If you do not use stop loss, you are telling yourself that you know everything about the market and 100% of the market direction. Dear trader! Even Warren Buffett who is the father of stock market would not still trade Forex without using stop loss trading tool. Ask him and you will hear his view on this.
On the other hand, Henri Liu the father of Fundamental analysis will also give his own comment on the must use of stop loss. Why then do we take such risk in the market, allowing our trading capital and profits to be expose to such a danger? Instead of avoiding stop loss totally, use it and when your profit pips gets higher then lock up your profit with the stop loss.
Since I look the advice of using stop loss from a fried, I have never had a margin call now. But, I am not saying that I am in total profit but at least my trading account balance is safe because of using this important tool of trading.

In my personal view, stop loss is an essential part of risk management in Forex trading business. Without using stop loss on our trading position, we are exposed to unlimited losses. That’s way, the main function of stop loss is to limit out losses. In addition, I personally use trailing stop loss in my daily trading activities. So, I can catch bigger profit while limiting my trading risk.

It’s true professional traders always open their trade with a stop loss in a logical area. They are not over confident like a beginner. Besides, which traders are still learning usually they avoid this important tool of trading.

Sorry mate! I don’t think so. I seem, using stop loss or not is just the same. By a note, to be know in advance about the limitations of risk management. Many traders still doing their trading without using stop loss, that do not mean they don’t know the function of money management. Actually, they know the risks; they use the method in accordance by the strategy, which they apply in regular trading. They also have different ways of implementing risk limits; can be by cut loss, hedging or margin call can also is their stop loss. Actually, Forex business is open for us. So, we can use this market as we like.
